I was fighting with my sister and I stomped on her throat and she starting gushing out water out her mouth

There were very long stairs and the top of the stairs was me and someone that looked exactly like my partner sort of a clowned version of my partner and at the bottom of the stairs was my real partner so there was like two of her as soon as she saw me with the person that looked exactly like her she ran towards me and started fighting for me when i tried stopping them the person that looked like my partner pushed me i stood up and ran to my real partner crying my partner and i ran down the stairs whilst the clowned version of my partner stayed at the top of the stairs looking at us with anger

I had a dream where I was stuck in an abandoned church, with two guns and three knives and I was fighting off hordes of soldiers that were rushing in. I didn't know where I was or why I was there or why I was fighting. All soldiers that I fought were in uniform

Hi all! Lately I have been fighting with a lot of hardships. Friends and doctors keep telling me I should consider taking medicine, so I may as well url and see how it goes. Problem is, I haven't taken it for a while, and don't wanna get back to it, we'll see how it goes.
