Bugs eggs coming out of my skin

Woke up in dream to my cable being off and my aunt discussing tuff then all of a sudden a red scorpion trying to attack me. I live in nyc we dont have skorpions here. It kept trying to attack only me. I picked up my nephews so they wouldn't get attacked. It morphed into other bugs. I ended up killing something unsure if it was the scorpion but I celebrated in the dream

Worms came out of my legs and turned into bugs

Pulling many bugs centipedes out of my mouth and nose

Clear bugs crawling out of my fingers

I'm walking around my house in my slippers and bugs keep appearing in them. No matter how many I kill from in them, they keep coming back.
