Ok so for the last year to 6 months I have been having inception like dreams where I wake up from an initial dream and realise i'm still dreaming but oddly I can see a slither of my location whilst i'm dreaming. Then i wake up from that dream into another dream and sometimes I think i'm awake whilst other times I know i'm still dreaming. Usually this happens a few times before I wake up for proper. I was just wondering why this was? In addition, last night i had an apocologpetic dream (no surprise after election) but there was this house with cake and food and it all tasted really nice, how come I could actually taste the food?
