I had a dream that my sister told me that her and I both had cancer

I had a dream that my sister and I both got cancer.

I was walking with this girl have feelings for in town, and the scene change to the urban combat training site. That was where I at basic training. She says her grandma or mother has cancer and hug me crying. Then I told her I know the pain of cancer, something like that. Then about four guys came and almost knock me over, got into a fight. The police came and me and this girl ran to a stair well of a training building and at the end of the dream I say a cop just looking at us.

Once i ve dreamed that my sister died... than after a month or so my older brother died with cancer... what does that mean? was it a vision or was i just frightened to lose someone close to me?
