I dreamed I was eating a large amount of spinach, lettuce and celery, what does this mean?

Abundance of lettuces

I was with my black female friend in her organic garden as she rinsed lettuce off and also rinsed a chalkboard with her recipes off, she was an artist. I wanted to write down her recipe but was not able to.

I was with my female friend who was into organic gardening. She was rinsing her recipes of lettuce off of a chalkboard but before I could write them down. I felt like I needed to write them down.

Dream of there is a pore in my forehead that you can see into and see either my sinus or brain but there is a type of lettuce growing there, I tried to pull it through the pore but it keeps coming and then have green growing out of my face. I go to doctor and she sends me for a brain scan. Felt very real!

Stranger came into my house and folded my laundry, cleaned my tib and left lettuce in the tub
