I had a dream about paranoid schizophrenic

I had a dream last night where I noticed my left arm suddenly had giraffe skin patterns all over it kind of like a sleeve tattoo. I noticed over time in the dream the pattern appears in other random places on my body. I remember going up stairs to my bathroom to find a cloned version of my self sat on the edge of the bath talking to me and he had even more giraffe patterns on hos skin than I did. one of my flat mates came upstairs to find me talking out loud. I was talking to my clone, however he was only visible to me and not to my flat mates. I then got paranoid because I kept thinking my flat mates thought I was mental cause I was apparently talking go myself, but in my mind I was talking to my clone. then I woke up. what could this mean?

I keep dreaming about the guy I cheated on my boyfriend with. In my dreams Im two-timing them, for example I'm with one while hiding from the other one. The crazy part is that I feel emotions while dreaming, I'm hiding with him in my dreams I feel paranoid, when Im talking to my boyfriend in my dreams I feel happy and loved.

In my dream I was a drug dealer with 3 other friends we were driving around getting paranoid because we thought someone was watching us then we went to a empty building where I noticed police running towards us at which point we ran into the building to hide I then thought I could fool the police and get out but a police officer noticed me and arrested me and I was happy that they caught me. What does this mean?
