I had spots on and pimples on my forehead

Popping several pimples on my wife's face

I dreamt of my ex boyfriend having pimples on is face where puss came out and his face was really raw and red. There was more things coming from his skin which did not look like human form

I was looking in the mirror and noticed a few bumps or pimples on my forehead. one of them started getting extremely big. i called for my mom while the other ones continued to grow. screamed for my mom to help

Black beetles burrowing into my skin that look like pimples, when I try to pop them they surface and burrow deeper. smaller ant sized beetles look like scabs over pimples and can be scratched off. a larger bug with a bright orange rear end shows up and gets squashed under my foot after I get 3 beetles out of my skin on my left breast.

I dreamt that my back was covered in horrible pimples, when I popped them there were long thick blackheads in them. Then my ex boyfriend showed up for no obvious reason before I woke up.
