I was going by taxi and talking on the phone. The bill was 30 dollars. The taxi driver then asked me for 130 dollars. Appearanly there was a sign where it said that if the passanger uses a mobile during the ride, a fee of 100 dollars will be charged. I refused to pay the 100 dollars and then had to go to the taxi authority to let them decide whether or not I had to pay. It turned out that the taxi driver was friends with the people working at the taxi authorities and because of that, they decided that I had to pay. I refused to pay and walked out on the street.
