I dreamt that i was vomiting long thin white worms and than since there were a lot i started pulling them out of my mouth in clumps. After the last round of worms they were hard to get out but after pulling and trying they finally came out and the dream ended

I had a dream I was being drowned by my fiancé and his best friend came a saved me. He took me away to his house where I stayed with him as friends. He took me to a doctor where we found out I was pregnant but lost the baby when I was drowned did not know I was drowned prior to this. When I found out the best friend went to confront my fiancé and tell him to leave and never come back. Also it was like a pirate theme to start then turned into more of a beach theme as I remember walking along side walks at the beach on the way to the doctors. And remember thinking of the best friend as protecting me as he was hugging me when I was crying.
