My grandmothers house was on fire. I was unable to call the firebrigade on my mobile phone despite numerous attempts. I screamed at the bedroom window to wake my grandmother up and climbed up to rescue her. I was unable to fight the fire to see if my father was in the house. I had to shout and scream in the hope someone else would hear us and be able to call the firebrigade. Someone did, and they arrived to put the fire out.
