Since I have a meet tomorrow, I was extremely nervous when I went to bed. I dreamed about my races that I was going to swim tomorrow. Except I dream about the worst possible situation that could happen in each race. For example, I dreamed about false starting in my backstroke which is virtually impossible, and then I visualized doing a flip turn and hitting the wall and breaking my angle. I also visualized forgetting to do a flip turn and hitting the wall with my face.

I dreamt that my exhusband, Nick, our kids, and my current boyfriend , Raul, of 4 years went to my exhusbands grandparents house in Iowa. Nicks Grandfather was rocking in a chair and Nick started talking deep with him, mind u grandfather has been dead for years in real life.
