I dreamt my neighborhood was full of these cops who would follow around people who were working and whip them. There was a man who came to my house and asked if I wanted to volunteer for something. He held a bag full of toys and another mesh green bag with small words, but I can’t remember what it said exactly - I think it was about not guaranteeing what he said.
