I dream that my mother who has been dead for 24 years has a two graves at two different churches and I keep forgetting to visit the the grave that is not real but when I do go there I feel fear when there and I can't not figure out how to get inside the church

So i had a dream that i had a brother who was really hot he was like 20 and i had a sister who was about 14 or 15. My 'brother' was apparently sexually abusing my 'sister' but he wasn't really they were both in love. One time i saw him touching her and kind of holding her tightly and i had this weird feeling and i'm not sure what it was. I think it was jealousy because in my dream i think i was in love with him. I've been thinking about this dream all day and i'm not sure what it means. I kind of recognise the 'brother' in it but i don't know where from.

I just started my new job at a nursing home with developmentally disabled residents and I am constantly cleaning them up and changing there briefs and the past two nights I haven't been getting any sleep I will have dreams about residents in my bed using the bathroom where I sleep and I have to wake up and see that I am actually at home in my own bed and even after that I will still have dreams about there bowel movements I don't know if its because cleaning them up constantly stresses me out or what but I have not been getting any sleep at all

My ex, who I've been with several times, asked me to dance. With nobody else I reluctantly agreed. By the end of the dance it felt like time stood still. We kissed. We kissed several times. He pulled me to the side and we made out. Nobody saw us. But II felt like the world had stopped and it was me and him. Suddenly he was telling me he loved me. And I felt the same way back.
