When I was about eight years old, I had a terrifying dream that my mother and father had separated. My mom got a new boyfriend , but he did not like me and made it very obvious. They always left me to stay with my aunt and rarely ever saw them. It was time for the Christmas program at school and I had asked my mom to come and she said that she would be there. I got up on stage and she was not there, I stayed in the hopes that she would show up later, but she never did. After the program, I ran into the bathroom and cried. I heard someone come in and call my name; it was my mom. I was so happy I ran out of the bathroom and was still crying. She told me she was sorry and that she tried to get here, but her boyfriend took too long to get ready. She calmed me down and told me that we were going home and I was going to stay with them tonight. She walked outside and waited in the car while I changed into my normal clothes. I walked to the car and when I was about to get in my mom’s boyfriend drove off leaving me in the middle of the street. I ran after them and was crying and then I saw the window roll down and his hand come out. He was holding a gun and he shot me.

I was on a train, again. I don’t know where it was going but it was going to take multiple days. They were giving free breakfast at the front of the train and we knew there wasn’t very much so we all rushed and pushed to the table before the pancakes ran out. I was just depending on being fast but I didn’t actually want to push anybody. So by the time people were out of the way there was just enough pancakes for my group. I dreamt that I went to Rite Aid and only half of the store had the lights on. The side with the cosmetics was lit, but the side by the bathroom and refrigerators was dark. It was apparently close to the fourth of July because they had decorations for sale. However, these were not ordinary Fourth of July decorations they were left over Christmas decorations that had been made to celebrate the Fourth of July. They were mainly creepy Santas with missing eyes that were wearing top hats and holding American flags. When I turned around there was a man who I believe was homeless with a cart that had a huge case of beer in it. Suddenly, a cat crawled out of the case with a beer, proceeded to open it, and then hand it to its owner. They shared its contents. I was quite disturbed and decided to go to the restroom which was pitch black since the lights were out. It was incredibly hot so I began to take off my hoodie but it got stuck on my head and I could not get it all the way off. I was struggling to remove it when I started to hear whispering and a bunch of hands started touching my legs and back. . . Then I woke up.
