The clients have two vehicles, one is a nasty old pickup truck with dog poop in the backseat (all OVER), or a small compact car. As we're driving, we come to a seedy motel and my father in law is there with a friend, as is my mother and grandmother. I keep telling them that the baby is coming, and they ignore me, and my father in law is so engrossed in a painting that he doesn't notice that the baby is crowning and eventually falls out of me. He delivers the baby, but pays no attention to me.
