Everynight I see my grandparents who are no more in this world. Even some power tries to enter on me ..I get very very unusual feeling..as if I am dying...i move my head right and left very fast...once I wake up (same time at 4 am morning ) then I won't sleep..what is happening with me?

I fell asleep on the couch and I started having a weird dream. I dreamed I was in some house and they had over 100s of cats. Some cats were nice and some were bothering me like trying to get at my stomach and nudging me and nipping at me. They would follow me like I had a steak tied to my stomach. I couldnt get away and kept seeing them every where I go. I felt scared but at the same time I wanted to pet some of them too. Any idea what this means? Thanks!
