I once had a dream that my older sister went to the army, which she is in the army, and came back with what im guessing is PTSD and she was trying to kill me. She then got my family and friends to try to kill me.

I drift in this mud slide trying to get out, I finally get out, but it's like I wake up on the other side of something, I'm underground and it's like in a different state or something. Driving along a highway at a very fast speed. Cars speeding pasy. were in the lane next to the divider. back door flys open. grab the door with my hand. dog flys out of the door. dog is running after the car and trying to speed up. yelling inside the car to slow down but cant pull over as there are too many cars. dog is running along medium. finally was able to slow down and pull over ran back to our dog, a man came out to hold our dog until we got to him. He was cut up but ok.
