During my sleep i felt like someone was holding me down with alot of pressure i was trying to move and to get that pressure off me i kept yelling for my girlfriend to help me but she said i was asleep and nothing came out of my mouth as soon as i woke up i started gasping for air and im hearing voices

Can anyone tell me what this dream could mean . we were sitting on top of the stairs on chairs on the landing in my house ..my grandmother was there looking about 20 years younger and my granddad (hes dead about 20 years) was sitting beside her she looked great . on the other side of the landing was my kids grandmother she was very sick (shes very sick in real life aswell ) and i think she was going to die we knew it but did not say ,, she walked out of the room and we were all a little sad . i looked at my grandfather and he had a tear in his eye . can anyone help me what could this mean ?
