First crush/love Alex back in middle school. We were talking by the lockers during break time and he turned around and kneeled down and gestured me to get on his back. I asked "are you sure?" And he insisted, so I got on his back and he piggybacked me to science class. I was very happy and laughing while on his back. Then we get to science class and he let me down gently and I collapse to the floor in exhaustion and our science teacher looked at me and I said "don't ask!" Then science class was over and back to the hallways, I find Alex and couldn't get to him and was diverted to one of my best friends. There was an assembly going on. Second, set development goals that bring the person closer to a 4 or 5 on the ability scale in the problem areas. Many geniuses need professional advice, and managers shouldn't play amateur psychologists. Others need someone to help them develop a sense that most of us already have -- like saying inappropriate words in public needs to stop. There are training programs, books, and coaches for just about every type of problem. Overwhelm the genius with offers of help. The message has to be: We value you (the whole person, not just the ability), and we want to help you make this work. 靴クリーム
