Dream of building

I dreamt about a mean alien that looked liked a human trying to destroy the world. I had to protect certain people and defeat her, but most everybody was under her spell. She resembled someone I know but can't quite remember. I know whoever she is I didn't like her. In the beginning it looked like I was part of video game then it turned into reality an I was in like a big conference building. The cars could fly.
