Dream of

I dream that I am grinding my teeth, and I am grinding them so hard that my jaw locks shut and my teeth are being pushed together so hard that they are about to break. They become loose and I put my hand in my mouth. I try to ask other people to help me but can't speak. My teeth are coming out in my hand and there is blood.
