Dream of baby, back, bed, hidden, niece

I keep a baby hidden from all but my youngest niece.... i go away for awhile come back & after a few days i remember why i feel like somethings wrong find the baby in bed wrapped up tight alive bloated and happy to see me. Yet i keep trying to keep her hidden.
