Dream of name, screaming, bedroom, mom
I was with my mom doing some things and it changed to me sleeping in my bedroom and some dark figure walking towards me while im screaming my moms name.

From a different perspective, if you wake up as soon as your name is called it is also possible that your brain is alerting you to an immediate problem which needs your attention in an awake state.
