Dream of

I dreamt that I was vomiting long, thin, white worms. So much so that I had to pull them out of my mouth in this clump. After that, a short period passed, then short, black worms were coming out of my mouth. I could feel them between my gums and cheek. I tried to get them out but more came out of my mouth.
