Dream of child

I dreamt that my sister Inlaw was pregnant with her third child she has just recently given birth to a baby girl whose newborn' she was walking around stresses out and we were all coped up in one room my brother and her and other family immediate family members! And we were looking for money to pay for her delivery! As she was highly pregnant but needed cash to pay before giving birth and I was producing the funds for this particular delivery?
