I keep having dreams that I cant breathe and I have to sit down or take a shower to catch my breath. For the rest of the dream I cannot breathe correctly. Almost as I am having an asthma attack. I can feel my chest constricting. and the dream will last a long time where throughout I am brethling very slowly and deeply
