Dream of father

I didn't know I was pregnant and went to hospital with stomach pain. I then had a baby with all my family around me but was in shock thinking what's going on, but was happy. I remember trying to breast feed which I've never done. We brought the baby out in car seat but it then went missing when getting in the car. I couldnt think who the father was neither out of my husband or ex .
