Dream of

I have dreams as if someone is trying to hurt me. There never vivid all my dreams seems to be foggy or as if they are in black and white with no detail expect the object that sometime seems to be stabbing me. I usually awake to the room being black. Someone turned off the lights while I was sleeping and it seem like my body knew that and went into panic mode.
