Dream of breast, father

I dreamed about twin girls. One was smaller than the other and the smaller one only breast fed. Somehow in this dream I lost the smaller twin at my job ( which is a hospital) while visiting coworkers and I went into frantic rage. Especially with the twins father because he didn't seem too concerned about me losing the baby. Weird dream!
