Dream of

I was in my room the lights was off. I was sleeping next to my wife who was asleep as well. I fel like i was raising out of my body .i sat up but my body was still laying down. I tried to pull her covers off while calling for her. She didnt hear me, then my arms turned see through and i could grab anything. Afterwards i saw lights flashing under my eye lids and woke with an accelerated heartbeat
