Dream of

Dream of there is a pore in my forehead that you can see into and see either my sinus or brain but there is a type of lettuce growing there, I tried to pull it through the pore but it keeps coming and then have green growing out of my face. I go to doctor and she sends me for a brain scan. Felt very real!
