Dream of

Hi , yesterday night i saw a dream about a death baby actually i dont know the baby , actually it begins like this , im in hospital and baby borns , im watching baby suddenly i watch somewhere else but when i turn i saw baby death in floor and her head is broken , i dont know what it means , plz somebody tell me , im very nervous , thanks
