Dream of breasts

I dreamt I gave birth to a boy. I didn't look pregnant. I wsas taken to Hospital left on a bed for a while as nothing was happening. I was then in a room on my own and I had him. I did not come out naturally. He forced his way out of my stomach, just below my breasts. It didn't hurt. He was a big baby and could crawl and talk straight away. I wanted to call him Nathan
