Dream of kids, married

I dreamed about my high school crush, this is a recurring, although it's been 8 years since we last saw each other, but i still see him in my dreams at least a few times a year. I'm happily married, no kids, but every time I see him in my dream, I can't help but wonder what it means. I also learned from my friend (we have mutual friends) that he's also engaged in real life.
