Dream of chased

I repeatedly dream of a house, and that I am inside it. It feels like I know the house and my way around it, but I dont want to stay in it as it scares me. I also see the same neighbourhood around it as if I am confident I know the place. I once saw that I was being chased within the house and the attacker was killing all the residents who were trying to help me.
