Dream of

I was in a restaurant. The owner had to leave, and asked me to take over cooking and helping out. The food was exquiste, such a pudding cake with a creme sauce, fish with a creame sauce, wine, etc. Customers continue to come in, we were very busy trying to keep up. I kept thinking to myself.. how do I make this dish.
