Dream of

In my dream a very dear friend of mine was sick. The pain medicine they were giving her made her do strange things and one of those was murdering random people. We were sitting in a nice restaurant and she excused herself to go to the restroom and when she came back she had murdered someone. This friend in real life passed away over a year ago. It was a shock to me and I think about her a lot.
