I had a dream that an ex that just broke up with me got his results back from tests he had done recently and he was actually really sick, that's why he had broke up with me and told me it was best for both of us that we didn't talk anymore and why he said he never meant to hurt me and why he stopped talking to his best friend and his wife which are also good friends of mine
