Dream of

I dreamt that I was pregnant. I asked my teacher if I should keep the baby considering that it was between me and my ex. Whe I was with my ex , I wasn't a nun (in reality) but in the dream I was with him during being a nun, and that would have meant a huge embarassement. I was wondering if that was a bad motivation to actually destroy the baby for. WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
