Dream of balcony

I walked into a hotel I was very familiar with to take a shortcut. Managed to get lost and ended up on a balcony. I felt my body lose control and I was launched into the air off the balcony in the lobby of the hotel to the ceiling then fell to the floor. Once I hit the ground I gasped for air, coughed up blood and vomit and felt myself dying.
