Dream of father, mother

My mother attempts to walk on a rushing stream of icy water in front of the house. She is wearing pajamas and i know in real life she is not well. My father is trying to grab her close to him from the side but she continues to walk away and it is obvious to me that she will fall and hurt herself badly. I jump in to help but the icy water throws me down stream and now I am unable to help her and feel like Ia m going to die because the stream is stronger than I am
