Dream of

I have the same dream all the time...that Im in my bed and my body feels like its inflamed. Theres a guy there with a blonde ponytail...He isnt doing anything threatening to me but I am in a state of terror...I feel like I am trying to wake up and scream because I know that Im dreaming. I dont know what this means. If anyone knows how to interpret dreams please tell me what this means...Serious answers only please.
