Dream of eye, ignore, parents, sister, brother

I have been having dreams about my parents, the most frequent one and realistic one that bothers me the most is them telling me there not my real parents. i remember in this dream having a brother when in real life i have a sister. they tell me there not my real parents and afterwards ignore me and have barely anything to do with me and dont make eye contact with me. what does this mean?
