Dream of married, children

In my dream I was giving birth to twins and I gave birth to the first one...a baby boy before getting to the hospital and was holding him in my arms. I was scared and thought something bad was going to happen if I didn't get to the hospital soon. I am married, but at the age where I can't have any more children.... I haven't had a dream in a long......time either.....

This is a recurring dream for many years. I dream I am alone or with my two children at the house where I grew up as a child. The main focus and my main responsibility of the dream is to always lock the gate outside the yard before it turns night. Sometimes during the dream, I will look through the window in the night to make sure it is locked. In the last dream, I did not lock the gate, if seems it was not urgent or I forgot or got distracted. When I came outside my car was stollen. I went to the gate to close and lock it but I struggled because it seems the lock was broken. I eventually got it locked with much struggle.
