Dream of

At the beginning of my pregnancy I dreamed of being pregnant with twins; a boy and a girl. I ended up miscarrying the boy in the dream and in the end gave birth to a baby girl. Since the dream I have received news that my sister in law was also pregnant, and that she miscarried shortly afterward. Could this mean she was pregnant with a boy and I am pregnant with a girl?
