Dream of

Driving in car about to hit tree that has fall in the road. Everything turns to slow motion as I try to dodge the tree and the cars coming at me. I am turing in circles - in slow motion, doding the cars behind me and losing control of the car. Finally I stop and hear a baby crying, but I can't find it.
