Dream of child, mother

I was running fast down a hill in the dark and at the bottom was a busy road of traffic I got run over by a bus and there were huge black africans in fancy dress on pavement watching. then I had to operation but anesathetic didn't work so felt everything. There was a child, very young boy cleaning all my wounds out. My mother then came to tell me her best friend had been murdered.
