Dream of boyfriend

I have a dream that my boyfriend let this random girl drive his car after its happened twice before and he told me it wouldn't happen again. In the dream he does I anyway and I catch him and break up with him. In the dream he is emotionless. He does not care to say sorry for hurting or disrespecting me or that I ended things with him. In real life my boyfriend seems to show emotion. Why doesn't he care about me in my dreams?
