Dream of person

I see almost the same person in my dreams. most probably a friend and a comrade. someone i know, and i secretly want. someone whom i have been thinking when i was in my early teens. that person appears in the dream but my dream is just like what happens in real life. the way we carry out our conversations the way i react to every word he says. it almost feels so real. I know its a dream but then i act as if it were in real life. And i wake up always regretful. since i did not act on it differently.
