I had a dream that accidents hapened and alot blood and people died and someone suddenly alleged me of causing the accident with a bad spirit in me and they wanted to beat me but i was set by some people

My husband brings me home and I am trying to tell hm to go away from me because I have evil inside and I start reciting and when my eyes open at fajr time I am acctually reciting both surah."
